For those without private health insurance (with hospital cover) IV Sedation is a really affordable solution. It also has a Medicare benefit, which further reduces the costs.

For those that have private health insurance, with hospital cover, treatment under a general anaesthetic can be a good value option.
We are fortunate to have an agreement with the hospital, and because of this the hospital stay is GAP FREE. There is a gap on the Anaesthetist of $300 (however this is gap free for HBF members). So therefore you will only have to pay the gap on your dental treatment (after the private health rebate) and any excess on your policy, if one applies.
If you don’t have private health insurance, with hospital cover, then the cost for the hospital stay and anaesthetic costs is around $3,600
One of the most common procedures we do is the extraction of wisdom teeth
Perth Sleep Dentistry is now offering a fixed cost for having all 4 wisdom teeth extracted. The cost to have all 4 out is $1,399 (this does not include the cost of sedation). We have done this to make it more affordable and to simplify the cost associated with having your wisdom teeth removed.
However, if you just need one or two wisdom teeth removed the costs are listed below:
*We only charge for an OPG Xray if we need to take one, if you already have an existing OPG or have had one done at a dentist (that is recent enough) then we will always try to obtain a copy of this and will therefore not need to charge for the Xray.

Keep in mind we are a preferred provider for some major health funds, therefore the fees with these health funds might be lower than what is stated below

* The type of consultation depends on the time taken. A simple consultation (014) is usually for a single tooth issue or a wisdom tooth consult. For example if you need the extraction of 1 tooth or your wisdom teeth, this would be a simple consultation. For more complex treatment we will always book a longer consultation time.
We offer a range of payment plan options, all of which have an interest free period and allow for the costs to be broken up in to monthly instalments
ZipMoney Allows you to pay your treatment off in 6 interest free instalments. Like Afterpay it is typically used for smaller amounts, and again the application process is quite simple
Denticare This is essentially a direct debit arrangement, where you are able to pay off the treatment over 9 months. It is interest free, and the application process is quite simple. This is used for treatment plans that exceed the maximum allowed by Afterpay and ZipMoney
We are a preferred provider for a number of health funds, listed below, and we accept all other health funds via our Hicaps terminal.
We also accept the Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule and also the Department of Veterans Affairs Gold Card, so your treatment is done at the lowest possible out-of-pocket cost
